The mission of ALL IN is to make Western New York a premier place for women and gender minorities to live, work, and lead by engaging our community in purposeful efforts to illuminate pathways to leadership and cultivate inclusion.
When women are able to reach their full professional potential, families are healthier, communities are more vibrant, and employers find and retain the talent they need.
Communities that invest in all of their human capital are better positioned to attract investments and jobs. Employers who respect, value, and engage all of their employees are better able to attract and retain talent.
In WNY, women make up over 51% of the population, 49% of the workforce, and 53% of the college graduates.
Engaging businesses, government, non-profit organizations, community groups, and individuals in a collective effort will generate strategies informed by multiple perspectives, increasing the impact on the complex challenges of gender equity.
