The goal of this pledge is to encourage employers and individuals in WNY to stand up for gender equity and to demonstrate a commitment to building, cultivating, and preserving a culture of inclusion, fairness, and possibility in WNY.
The first step to joining ALL IN is taking the pledge.
Employers, by signing this pledge and joining ALL IN, you will:
Financially support and sustain ALL IN with annual membership dues.
Receive a login to access the ALL IN employer portal for up to 15 employees (depending on membership tier).
Gain access to the “Positioning Our Women for Every Role” Pathway that contains metrics and resources needed to become a P.O.W.E.R. Employer.
Begin working towards POWER Employer status.
Commit to providing ALL IN with 5 years of basic data regarding the demographics of your employees at various management levels. Data will be reported in the aggregate to monitor community trends for women in leadership.
Engage in the ALL IN learning collaborative with other like-minded organizations on the forefront of equity for women in WNY.
