“Positioning Our Women for Every Role” Pathway – Creating and implementing policies and practices that address the barriers women face in the workplace are critical steps in developing a pipeline of women leaders and a culture of gender equity. Addressing these barriers will change organizational culture in ways that will benefit all employees - including women. By creating a more equitable workplace and tapping into the talent and skills of all segments of their workforce, organizations will achieve optimal results.
Historically, there has been no system in place to gather and monitor data around the number of women in leadership in our WNY community. A major goal of ALL IN is to gather, analyze, and monitor this data. We will be gathering public baseline data as well as utilizing a survey to assess the changes our ALL IN partners and champions are making in their organizations. Data will be reported annually to the community in aggregate form in order to monitor trends in our community. This data collection process is the first of its kind in WNY.
